On Friday, May 31, 2024, the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade, paid a courtesy visit to Hon. Ademola Omotoso, the Chairman of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, at his office in the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Ibadan.

The visit served a dual purpose: to congratulate Hon. Omotoso on his recent appointment and to seek advice from his wealth of experience, given his previous role as the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government. This was contained in a statement signed by Aderibigbe Yisahu Ajibola, Head of Media Unit to Ibadan North Local Government Chairman.

“Hon. Omotoso is a man with extensive experience and excellent human relations skills. It is fitting to visit him, especially since the Oyo State Housing Corporation headquarters is located in Ibadan North Local Government. I am confident that Hon. Ademola Omotoso will transform the Oyo State Housing Corporation. He is a man I hold in high esteem,” remarked Olufade.

In response, Hon. Ademola Omotoso expressed his gratitude for the visit and praised Hon. Oluwaseun Olufade’s leadership. “Ibadan North is fortunate to have Hon. Olufade as its Executive Chairman. He is calm, brilliant, and respectful. I also commend Governor Seyi Makinde for his exceptional leadership and vision in transforming Oyo State over the past five years. He is truly the people’s governor,” Omotoso stated.

Hon. Omotoso also extended his best wishes for a successful tenure to Hon. Olufade.

Present during the visit were Hon. Akins ete Olakunle, the representative of Oyo South on the board of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon. Leke Olawuyi, and Hon. Ola Alaro Azeez Lastborn.

Hon. Olufade was accompanied by Hon. Hamdy Mustapha, his Head of Media Unit Aderibigbe Yisahu, Ayodamope Afolabi, and Muhammed Sulaimon.

This meeting underscores the importance of collaborative leadership and shared experiences in fostering development and efficient governance within Oyo State.
