Nigerians can still take advantage of the E-Commerce services provided by the Nigeria Postal Service (NIPOST) for sending goods and properties, thanks to a significant upgrade in their customer service system.

During a radio program in Ibadan, Oyo State Postal Manager of NIPOST, Mrs. Laitan Ibironke, emphasized that the recent technological advancements have positively impacted NIPOST’s operations. She highlighted that the integration of modern technology has streamlined their processes, making their services more efficient and reliable.

Mrs. Ibironke elaborated that NIPOST now offers a more robust tracking system, allowing customers to monitor the status of their shipments in real-time. Additionally, the improved online platform makes it easier for customers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, enhancing overall convenience.

She also addressed concerns regarding the delivery process, especially in residential areas with dogs. Mrs. Ibironke appealed to Nigerians to install letterboxes outside their homes. This simple measure would ensure that postal workers can safely and efficiently deliver mail and packages without the risk of encountering dogs.

In summary, Mrs. Ibironke’s insights shed light on how NIPOST is adapting to modern demands and improving its services to better serve the Nigerian populace.
