The Chairman of Ibadan North East Local Government Area of Ibadan, Oyo State, Hon. Ibrahim Akintayo, on Monday, paid a condolence visit to Ambassador Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja, the Deputy National Chairman (South) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), following the death of his mother, Alhaja Limotalai Arapaja.
During his visit to Ambassador Arapaja’s residence, Akintayo expressed his heartfelt sympathies to the family over the loss of their beloved matriarch. He offered prayers for the repose of Alhaja Arapaja’s soul and extended his condolences to the grieving family.
In the condolence register, Akintayo wrote: “Mama led a life of impact. She was a caring and compassionate woman, and I believe the family should find solace in those qualities. She truly lived for humanity.
“I commiserate with our father and leader, Ambassador Arapaja, over this loss and pray for the repose of Mama’s soul. May God grant her Al-jannah firdaus.”
Akintayo’s visit was seen as a significant show of solidarity and support to Ambassador Arapaja and his family during their time of grief. He prayed that God would grant the family the strength and fortitude to bear the loss.
