The residents of Ido Local Government Area, Ibadan, Oyo State, have begun to shower encomium on the Council Chair, Hon. Sheriff Adeojo, for the commencement of a major road grading project in key areas within the council to improve transportation infrastructure and enhance mobility.
The road grading is ongoing in areas such as Waja Ogunde, Opere Anuoluwapo, Ella, Ile Ali Oloya, and others.
According to the Chief of Staff to the Council Chairman, Hon. Yahaya Abdulazeez, he said to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety of road users across the local government, Ido Local Government has commenced the grading of roads across all wards in the council area.
He emphasized the commitment of Adeojo’s administration to the delivery of quality service and good governance to every resident of the community and assured them of even distribution of the dividends of democracy.
Abdulazeez added that the grading of roads embarked upon by the administration of Hon. Sheriff Adeojo is a clear demonstration of the government’s resolve to make life more meaningful for the people.
