Honorable Sheriff Adeojo, Executive Council Chairman of Ido Local Government, has commended Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State for releasing N2 billion to the contractor handling the 48-kilometer Ido-Eruwa road project. This move is expected to fast-track the road rehabilitation process.
Governor Makinde announced the release of the funds during the flag-off ceremony of the Eruwa farm settlement redevelopment project in Eruwa. Adeojo expressed his gratitude to the governor, stating that this decision will positively impact the people of Ido Local Government.
Adeojo praised Governor Makinde’s leadership style, describing him as kind and empathetic. He noted that the governor’s ability to understand the plight of his people led to the immediate release of funds to alleviate their suffering.
