The Oyo State Civil Service Commission has emphasized that its recruitment process adheres strictly to standard protocols and does not entertain favoritism.

The Chairman of the commission, Alhaji Kamorudeen Aderibigbe, made this clear while speaking on Success FM’s current affairs program “La Han Mi” in Ibadan.

Aderibigbe urged Nigerians to thoroughly prepare for the recruitment test before applying, as appointments are based on merit, fairness, and open competition. He highlighted the importance of due diligence, advising applicants to ensure they are well-prepared to succeed in the selection process.

Additionally, Aderibigbe called on workers in various parastatals to remain dedicated to their primary assignments, emphasizing that such commitment is crucial for the nation’s progress. He stressed that a strong and efficient civil service is key to the overall development and strength of the country.

By maintaining a transparent and merit-based recruitment process, the Oyo State Civil Service Commission aims to foster an environment of excellence and integrity within the civil service.
